Holy Bible and the scientific facts

The Bible is estimated to have been written between 1450 B.C. and 95 A.D. This chart shows scientific facts and principles referred to in this ancient Bible, but not actually discovered by humankind until later centuries. Dead sea scrolls, historical documentation, and word of mouth all confirm the authenticity of the Bible and when it was created. Since people had no official knowledge of these scientific facts until more than a thousand years after the Bible was written, is this scientific proof that the Bible was inspired by God? Salvation plan and way of salvation

Think of seriously are you hungry? Not physically hungry, but do you have a hunger for something more in life? Is there something deep inside of you that never seems to be satisfied? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus said, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty” (John 6:35). Are you confused? Can you never seem to find a path or purpose in life? Does it seem like someone has turned out the lights and you cannot find the switch? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus proclaimed, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). Do you ever feel like you are locked out of life? Have you tried so many doors, only to find that what is behind them is empty and meaningless? Are you looking for an entrance into a fulfilling life? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus declared, “I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in a...

God doesn't call the equipped…He equips the called

God doesn't call the equipped…He equips the called He equips the called. Let’s look at this throughout Scripture. If you've been in the church for more any amount of time, you've probably heard a lot of the “big names” in the Bible—people like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Noah, Peter, Paul, Elijah—the guys who did big, amazing things for the Lord. Moses was there at the parting of the Red Sea. Abraham was willing to sacrifice his own son to obey God. Elijah fought against over 400 prophets of the idol Baal. Moses led God’s people out of slavery. And Paul was one of the greatest evangelists to ever walk the planet. But have you ever looked at the list of their failures? Despite their failures, God managed to use each of them in incredible ways! And the best part was, it wasn't them doing the work! It was Christ’s power in them! On our own we cannot accomplish anything. But Christ can do anything! Check out these  powerful vers...

Did God created light on the Earth on the 1st day

The Bible says that God created light on the Earth on the 1st day  (Gen 1:3), but the sun was not created until the 4th day (Gen 1:14-19). How was there light on Earth without the sun?                  Since the Bible does not really explain exactly what the  "light" was in (Gen 1:3), we are left to conjecture. So, let me conjecture .  Because (Gen 1:14-19) makes it clear that the sun (and moon) was not created until  the 4th day, it seems obvious to me that something else created the light.    This seems to be verified by the fact that the Hebrew word "owr" is used to describe  the "light" in (Gen 1:3-5), while the Hebrew word "maowr" (primarily used to  describe a luminous "body") is used to describe the greater or lesser "light" or  two great "lights" of (Gen 1:14-19).    It is my belief that the "light" of (Gen 1:3-5) was God Himself. The Bible says  in Rev...

Study on Prayer

Prayer has been called the lifeline for the Christian. It is our way of communicating with God. God has given us His Word so that we can see what He wants to communicate with us. Prayer is given so that we can have a relationship with Him. The word prayer means to ask, request and even beg. And God invites us to do it. How refreshing. Don’t feel ashamed to go to God and ask Him for what you need (Matthew 7:7, 8). He wants to supply our needs but He wants us to trust in Him for it. If we spend our time asking friends, family and the government to supply our needs and never ask God, then we are not engaged in prayer the way we should be. God has plenty and will take care of His children, but not if they never look to Him for that supply (Matthew 6:25-34). Matthew 6:25-34 King James Version (KJV) 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more tha...

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons :

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons : In his opening address he said, "We can't keep Christians from going to church." "We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth...." "We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with Their SAVIOR." "Once they gain that connection with JESUS, our power over them is Broken." "So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners, BUT steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship With JESUS CHRIST.." "This is what I want you to do," said the devil: "Distract them from gaining hold of their SAVIOR and maintaining that Vital connection throughout their day!" "How shall we do this?" his demons shouted. "Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerable Schemes to occupy their minds," he answered.... "...
